A new dashboard rattle prompted my visit, and Tom got me immediate attention from a service advisor, who found and solved the problem, having nothing to do with the automobile. One week later I drove in with a newly damaged front bumper/cover. Tom had the shop "expert" immediately examine the car, agreed he could repair it in the shop. Tom obtained a loaner car so I could leave my car, and the next day called to say the repair was completed. Tom was always pleasant, cordial and efficient, right up to the moment I departed from the dealership. At least a 5 star employee! More

Let me start off by saying that Crown Eurocars was one of the best, if not the best dealership I've ever worked with because of my sales associate, Mo. I found my dream car on a Monday, and the deal was sealed by Wednesday! I'm a very picky car enthusiast and normally don't purchase anything sight unseen, but Mo was able to put me at ease through tons of pictures, endless text responses and phone calls. He was down to earth, professional, courteous and very prompt. I never once felt pressured to purchase, and I feel like I've made a friend on top of an excellent deal. The excellent sales staff, including Mark Isarel and Rob Wilson were able to send me all paperwork overnight and the process couldn't be easier. To top off this great experience, Mo offered to meet me on a Sunday, the only day that I'm off and the day that the dealership is closed, just so that I can pick up the vehicle, now that's customer service at a whole other level! I can go on and on about my experience, but just read all the excellent reviews and you'll have an idea of what Crown Eurocars is about. I'll definitely be back when my Audi R8 needs a playmate!
