Quick Response and quick closing the deal I order new 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS-450 to my specifications , it took about 4 weeks and shipped from Alabama Plant. After delivering to Crown Eurocars I order new 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS-450 to my specifications , it took about 4 weeks and shipped from Alabama Plant. After delivering to Crown Eurocars, Bianca Presti contacts me to come to look at my car , it’s so beautiful ( Iradium silver & Saddle Brown inside ), she starts doing paperwork so professionally ( quick & flawless) turn all the paper to Ashli ( finance manager) , she is very knowledgeable about finance , answer all the questions I asked and even give the tips about financial terms , very soft spoken lady. I finished my paperwork and I still needs to pay $9000 , I didn’t bring my checkbook, Ashli handed my the keys and says don’t worry about it, it can be taking tomorrow, Bianca come to my house pick up the check next day . Very happy with my Mercedes and people that I work with. More

Bianca Presti was by far the best salesperson that I have ever worked with. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and ever so helpful and still is even after I have purchased the car. I would absolutely recommend her as she definitely went the extra mile. I also have to give credit to Ashli McConnell, who actually made the paperwork part of the deal a pleasant one. She was very patient and explained all of the other protection packages thoroughly and without pressure. Ryan Yeomans and Willie Edmonds were also very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
