There Is A Reason We Keep Coming Back! My wife and I have been purchasing our vehicles from Mercedes Crown Eurocars in St Petersburg for more than a decade. Recently we were in and purchase My wife and I have been purchasing our vehicles from Mercedes Crown Eurocars in St Petersburg for more than a decade. Recently we were in and purchased a E300. From Charlie in the service department to David Siskin in sales to Larry Casto the General Manager, this is a very well run organization. You will notice the little touches, teddy bears for our kids (even though they are running around and touching everything), to the going the extra mile-literally, picking up and dropping off our car (90min round trip) for service since we were unable to do so. Bottom line is you buy from people you like and trust, period. I can honestly say I have probably written three reviews in my life because who like to write reviews - I know I don't but they deserve it and that is why we keep coming back. More

Follow up on prior appointments A need came up as a result of a prior service and Susan made arrangement for me to come in the next morning! Larry Chapman was my model for a salesman — knowledgeable, professional, thorough and courteous. Most important to me, he was assertive but never pushy. He laid out the options for me during my first visit, and allowed me the convenience of transacting multiple details and questions in the days ahead through phone and email.
