I have had horrible experiences with Westly Chapel Mercedes dealership where the service provider flat out lied to me and took me for two grand...buyers beware and only deal with the professionals at Crown in St Petersburg Fl...they will treat you the way that a Mercedes buyer should be treated. Helena Bergen consistently went above and beyond all my expectations during every step of the process. In my case, that started at least 8 months ago. She was courteously tenacious without being at all pushy. She was very patient and made excellent, relevant suggestions whenever they were wanted or needed. When it came time to close the deal it was finished in record time. Literally the fastest paperwork process I've ever seen. This is my third car from Crown Eurocars; when I'm ready to shop again I know exactly who I'm coming to see. More

Great Service Prep on My Certified Pre-owned Mercedes I recently had my Recently purchased Mercedes Benz ML 350, 2014, Serviced at Crown . The Team under Frank C. The Service Manager treat you like Fami I recently had my Recently purchased Mercedes Benz ML 350, 2014, Serviced at Crown . The Team under Frank C. The Service Manager treat you like Family. They went over my vehicle from top to bottom to get it reconditioned like new. Any issues I had from the Sunroof adjustment to the buttons it was all professionally completed. Great Customer Service My representative was Charlie Apple. He was very accommodating and friendly. He got me in and out in a very short time. My reason for 4 stars vs. 5 My representative was Charlie Apple. He was very accommodating and friendly. He got me in and out in a very short time. My reason for 4 stars vs. 5 stars was not Charlie's fault. First, my appointment was at 9:30am. At 4pm, I still had not been called to tell me what items were found and their cost (if any). My car was under warranty so I think they fixed everything and completed a maintenance that was due. I had to call to find that my car was ready. When I arrived, I was taken care of very quickly and my car was brought around. The car was washed however whoever cleaned my windshield used a dirty rag because when my car was directly in sunlight, I could barely see out of the window. I had to go to a gas station to wash the windshield so I could get home safely. Not a big deal but it would not accurately describe my experience if I gave 5 stars. More
