From checking out previous reviews for Crown Euro Cars Service Department, I thought why not give them a try! My experience with Crown Euro Service Department, and service representative Andrew Mrasz was Service Department, I thought why not give them a try! My experience with Crown Euro Service Department, and service representative Andrew Mrasz was outstanding! He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, which was very refreshing! I was referred to Don Shelton for all of my service needs with my Mercedes and I am so very glad that I was. I talked with Don on the phone regarding a maintenance appointment for my GLK and he helped in eve with my Mercedes and I am so very glad that I was. I talked with Don on the phone regarding a maintenance appointment for my GLK and he helped in every way getting it set up for me. When I brought my vehicle in for service and met Don the whole process from beginning to end was smooth and a pleasure.
