I was concerned with COVID and he provided me with the safety and isolation I needed to feel comfortable. And while I was outside and not in the waiting area, he came out to me offering me cold water and keeping me updated on my car. He answered my questions and always displayed a smile and very friendly disposition. He seems like he is always happy. He relaxed me in what I thought would be a tense environment. His treatment of me reflected the assurance I have in the dealership. He exceeded my expectations in the customer service he provided me. More

Bruno in car services was awesome! My car was missing the whee lock key when I purchased it, I went to car services for a replacement. I thought I was going to have to purchase a new one, which would have no whee lock key when I purchased it, I went to car services for a replacement. I thought I was going to have to purchase a new one, which would have not made me happy. Bruno, immediately took care of the situation and placed an order for new wheel lock key at no additional cost. This definitely made my day, great customer service and they even fixed my tire! Love this place compare to the other dealerships! I always feel welcome! More
