Eric Harris, brilliant, simply brilliant, we had been treated as just an exploit opportunity by a Toyota dealer’s sales person and Supervisor in Pinellas Park, a few address from Crown Honda. We explaine treated as just an exploit opportunity by a Toyota dealer’s sales person and Supervisor in Pinellas Park, a few address from Crown Honda. We explained the treatment at the Toyota dealership to the Crown Honda dealers’ sales person (Eric Harris). I said please do not do the same thing as they did! I want to thank Eric Harris for his listening, not interrupting us, respectful treatment of myself, my wife, and our Son. We gave Eric Harris the filters to help with the search, basically what we wanted to pay out the door, max millage, and color. Eric searched there system sharing his screen and in a few minutes we found what looked like a possible choice however the out the door price was too high. I said we are going to go to another dealer in Bradenton to confirm availability of some cars we saw online, I was going back to my car and decided to turn around and give Eric my contact details and a price we would like to see for the car, we then left to go to the next dealer. We did not expect to get the price we asked for however it is better to ask than assume there is no chance. We did not get very far, I got a quote from Eric over my phone, his offer was within $383 so the out the door price with Florida Tax and Registration came in at just below Kelly blue book! All I can say is the time from beginning to end was 1/4 of the time I have spent with other Car sales people, I have bought many cars over the last 44 years, this was the best experience I have ever had, we will do business again and again and again with Crown Honda and GOD willing Eric Harris is there! More
