This past Saturday I bought a great little CPO 2017 Civic Hatchback from my salesman John Baker. After 7 years driving my 2011 Mazda3 hatchback it was time to upgrade to something newer, and I chose to switc Hatchback from my salesman John Baker. After 7 years driving my 2011 Mazda3 hatchback it was time to upgrade to something newer, and I chose to switch to Honda after shopping around for a while between Hyundai, Mazda, Honda, and Toyota. John treated me with respect and showed kindness and understanding of my needs with my next vehicle. After test driving a Honda HR-V, he could tell it wasn't quite 'me'. He was right, I wasn't totally feeling it. I wanted something a little more sporty and fun to drive, yet still with plenty of cargo space for all of my activities I participate in. So, we searched the inventory for a Civic. I test drove my Civic and fell in love. That 1.5T drives like a dream! John and his team gave me a great deal and I drove away just a couple hours later in my 'new' (to me!) hatchback. Overall I would say this dealership is very friendly, not pushy, and truly cares about what someone's need is in their next vehicle. John wanted to make sure I felt fully comfortable with both the vehicle and the deal. And that is something I can definitely appreciate. More

Yana was the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. She actually listened to us, rather than trying to sell us something we didn’t want.
