Service via Dan Mick I came in for a routine oil change, and if appropriate, a 25K mile service. Dan advised me that we could do the additional service at 30K miles. My ca I came in for a routine oil change, and if appropriate, a 25K mile service. Dan advised me that we could do the additional service at 30K miles. My car was in and out within 1 1/2 hours. I would have appreciated a car wash and vacuum (as I receive from my car dealer up north), but it was not offered. The only concern I have is an email I received from Crown Honda indicating that I "chose not to have some required service" done while I was there on 5/28/19, whereas I don't recall not choosing a required service. More

I just purchased a brand new 2019 Honda Accord from Thomas Teel last night, when I woke up yesterday morning, I had absolutely no intention of buying I just purchased a brand new 2019 Honda Accord from Thomas Teel last night, when I woke up yesterday morning, I had absolutely no intention of buying a new car that day but Thomas gave me an amazing price for my 2015 Accord & an even better deal on the 2019. I have never had such a great experience in buying a new car, I usually dread it. Thomas went above and beyond by helping me through every step in the process making it quick and painless. Thomas is very professional, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and he didn’t waste my time or play the “back and forth game”, he was able to deliver exactly what I wanted. The best part was that he truly did not make me feel pressured in any way, making it a more relaxing experience. After the sale was made and finalized, I had to leave right away to be at a prior obligation, so Thomas took the extra time to come in super early this morning to walk me through each and every setting in my new car before I had to be at work, he also told me I could text or call anytime and if I needed a refresher he would meet with me again.
