Satisfied They were very nice & didn't try and force anything on me. My only issue was a car salesman kept roaming through while we were waiting. He asked if I' They were very nice & didn't try and force anything on me. My only issue was a car salesman kept roaming through while we were waiting. He asked if I'd like to upgrade while I'm there. I told him no thank you, I'm making payments on my '08 Honda Pilot. He laughed & asked, "Why are you making payments on an '08?" It kind of upset me because I got the car from Honda and it's what I could afford. So I told him, not everyone is able to jump in a brand new car and make high payments. He said, "Oh so what, you're paying like $75 a month or something?". Aside from this, my experience with Honda has been excellent from the beginning. I appreciate the reminders, as life gets busy, So I tend to forget about appointments. My only advice is that the car salesmen need to be mindful when approaching customers. Your approach can either make you lose business or gain. More
