Honda CRV my first new car in 10 years I haven't bought a car in 10 years. I really don't know much about cars. My son was with me. The best thing about my salesman, Charles Dawson, was I haven't bought a car in 10 years. I really don't know much about cars. My son was with me. Excellent customer service! Gerlanda went above & beyond helping me get my AC repaired when the extended warranty didn't want to pay for the freon gas or dye used to diagnose a Gerlanda went above & beyond helping me get my AC repaired when the extended warranty didn't want to pay for the freon gas or dye used to diagnose a covered part that had gone bad. He went so far as to contact his manager to help out with the situation! Crown Honda has my vote & I have been to two other Honda service centers in the past! I traveled 20 mins to bring my car back here & surely wasn't disappointed !! My first Honda Vehicle A month ago, Contact Michael Tan via his email/contact about the new Honda Ridgeline 2017 which just launched recently. As promised, he keep me posted on the availability and follow up with me on the status, When the vehicles arrived he contact me and scheduled a test drive. Instead of the usual test drive path they used, Mr Tan allow me to bring it home with me so that i can ensure it can fit my garage. After the test drive, I end up purchased my First Honda Ridgeline 2017 with the help from Mr Michael Tan. He took his time to explain to me all the latest and new technologies that came with the truck. Very professional and the entire purchase process was simple and relax. In additional, he also take some time to follow up with me after the post sales. I would recommend anyone to contact Mr Michael Tan if you need help expertise and advice. Keep up the good work.
