Our Pilot was due for routine maintenence. James McLaughlin was our service manager.. He was very informative regarding an item that needed replacing and was covered under an extended Honda war James McLaughlin was our service manager.. Back panel of driver seat came off. I had no appointment, asked if it could be reattached, the Service Director Joseph DeLuigi was very courteous. He got a technician, Mike, to help me I had no appointment, asked if it could be reattached, the Service Director Joseph DeLuigi was very courteous. He got a technician, Mike, to help me. He was also very courteous & worked with the panel till he got it reattached (which I had not been able to do). Mike was very helpful. Thanks to them both. He took care of the problem without having to set up an appointment for later. More
