My sales agent Ralph Cater is a very honest man, he does not fit into the mold of a car sales man. He helped me get out of my last lease 4 months early. Got me into a 2016 Honda Civic with a lot of extra's keeping my payment the same as my last lease. I would send my family and friends to him knowing he would get them the best deal possible. Also the financial guy I think his name is Justin was very personable individual, making signing all the finance paper a pleasure. I will return to Crown Honda for my next car.!!! I can't express how happy I was to see he is now at Crown Honda! Gerlanda picked up as my advisor perfectly. He kept me posted on what my car was due for & when it was going to be a while got me a ride home & continued to keep me updated! Gerlanda being at Crown Honda has made this dealership perfect for me! Crown Honda is the best! All the support personnel are so helpful & friendly & even care greatly for the cat who has claimed the place home! Thank you one & all! More

Carolina Nebbaki is the first person to contact me Internet Sales Consultant... She got my hopes up so HIGH about coming in , she really made feel confident about coming in....Michael Wolf sales consultant was very knowledgeable about everything we discussed at the consultation , we had the pleasure of learning about cars and buying cars also ...the first question he asked was "Which type of vehicle are we were wanting to purchase"?
