It was a safety issue. If my service manager Michele and the technicians had not discovered this issue I could have been on a long road trip and been caught in an unsafe situation. Michele is always pleasant and efficient and she really cares about her customers. This is my third Honda Accord and I will always get service at Crown Honda.
