I dealt with edward mitchem and couldnt be happier we test drove the exact car i was interested in and i didnt even have to drive another car i was soo happy i purchased the vehicle that day and im loving my new honda accord. SCHEDULED SERVICE FOR MY PILOT had a great experience for my first scheduled service on my Pilot. Michelle Dessert was my service manager and I was very pleased with how professiona had a great experience for my first scheduled service on my Pilot. Michelle Dessert was my service manager and I was very pleased with how professionally she handled my service. They noticed a problem with CV joints and Michelle was able to verify it was covered by warranty. My time waiting for my scheduled service to be completed was reasonable. Michelle Dessert needed to order the parts for my CV work and will call me to schedule the repair. She also suggested some other work to be done she we did some rough scheduling for those two items discussed. I appreciated the fact fact that Michelle, as well as others I've encountered at Crown, did not try and push unnecessary repairs on me. I found my car online at another Crown dealership, once he gained knowledge that the vehicle was located at another Crown dealership, he personally brought the vehicle to Crown Honda which was more convenient for me as a customer to finalize the sale. This gesture in itself was above and beyond but once I was actually at the dealership to finalize the sale, he made me feel as though I was his one and only customer at that time! Being that this was my first time purchasing a new vehicle in over 20 years, I was quite apprehensi My sales professional, Edward Mitchem was AWESOME. Being that this was my first time purchasing a new vehicle in over 20 years, I was quite apprehensive about how the process would go, but from the initial inquiry to driving the car away from the dealership, I couldn't have asked for a more phenomenal experience! Edward was the go to guy to make this experience probably more relaxed and efficient than I could have thought possible. He made me feel comfortable right away. During the car search and price negotiation Edward, my Sales Consultant demonstrated professionalism and a clear understanding of my needs as well as meeting my target price. He was not pushy. The business manager and financial advisor were professional, friendly and very kind in helping me make the deal. The whole process was conducted in a friendly, relaxing and cordial environment. Everything went very smooth and I will definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family members and would buy another vehicle here. Always honest!!!! I have been a Honda owner since I bought my new 1986 Honda Prelude Si off the showroom floor in CA.
