Larry worden the great! I came to Crown Honda with my heart set on a new Honda Accord. Larry was so patient with me and put his best foot forward to get me in the car that I I came to Crown Honda with my heart set on a new Honda Accord. Larry was so patient with me and put his best foot forward to get me in the car that I wanted. He was very upfront and honest and he answered ALL of my many questions with superb customer service. Buying a new car can be scary because of hidden fees and pressure from the salesperson but Larry went at my pace even in my uncertainty. He was professional and insightful and his approach helped ease my anxieties. The finance manager (Justin Callahan) was also super friendly and approachable! Very informative and honest about all of my assigned fees. I KNOW I made the right choice by choosing Crown Honda & even more so for working with Larry Worden. THANK YOU!! More

Service I have recently moved to this area so I was not yet familiar with the Honda dealers. My 15% oil light came on two dats before Christmas. They explained that I might have to wait an hour to hour & half. My car was ready in one & half hour. The agent I delta with was Gerlanda. He was very efficient and polite. More

Happy new customer! I am new to Crown Honda; I was loyal to Autonation for 11+ years and when I heard that Gerlanda Holloman (whom I have trusted exclusively with my prev I am new to Crown Honda; I was loyal to Autonation for 11+ years and when I heard that Gerlanda Holloman (whom I have trusted exclusively with my previous car, 2004 CRV and my current Honda) was leaving and had accepted a position with Crown, I was apprehensive at first to try a different place to take care of my beloved 2006 Ridgeline but losing Gerlanda's professional and knowledgable advice was not an option for me so I made the switch and WOW was I impressed with the staff and friendly, welcoming atmosphere at Crown! I have no regrets and I would never have known but now I am thrilled ready to start a new relationship with Crown and continue my long time relationship with Gerlanda! More
