After a quick search he sent me a list of SUV's he found that fit my needs and brought them to the dealership for me to testdrive. He also drove me to the nearby dealership to testdrive other cars. After I fell in love with one of his picks and decided it was the perfect SUV for me Jack sent me to James Hesslegrave in the finance department who answered ALL of my new car buyer questions and honestly explained about GAP insurance/transfer of titles/new insurance/my credit score and helped me get a great loan. Jack and James made my car buying experience easy and fun and is why I love Crown Honda! They are always available to help and really made me feel like family! :) More

I was kept informed of required details from finding the car I wanted, to it's deliver to my home. After arriving at my home, Jack went througt all operations of the car, an Accord EX-L V-6 with Nav. He's very knowledgeable. Jack even helped me complete some of the required paperwork at my home. The delivery was made on Jack's day off. How is that for service? Great I think!! This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made and at 71 years old, I have made a few. The bottom line.....IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I WOULD DO IT AGAIN. I first worked with Ty regarding the price of our vehicle over the internet. He was quick to return my emails and gave me the information I requested. I showed him the vehicle we wanted, told him the price I was willing to pay for it and told him the amount I needed for my trade-in. Once again Michele has exceeded all of my expectations. Our car was towed to the dealership on Tuesday night. Michele got right on it Wednesday morning even though it was not a scheduled maintenance. She kept me posted every step of the way, let me know when she would leave and return from lunch and basically promised she'd do everything she could to get the car back to me in the same day to save us from having to get a rental. She pulled it off, with the help of the mechanic magicians back there in the shop. She got the driver to come out and pick me up and get me on my way. I was lucky enough to have two drivers - a trainer and a trainee. I wish I could remember the trainee's name but I can't (Alvin?). He is definitely a keeper. The ride was smooth as silk - the best I've ever had from the Crown dealership. Please give my appreciation to him. The trainer was excellent as well. He is a great conversationalist and put me at ease the second I entered the vehicle. Michele had everything ready to go the second I got to the dealership. As I walked out the door Michele asked me to please call her and let her know that everything was fixed to my expectations. As soon as the blast of ice cold air hit my face when I turned the car, I picked up my cell phone and called to happily report in. I should have her on my speed dial! Wild horses could not drag me away from the personable, professional service I get from Michele at Crown Honda. Thanks again! More

Most impressive was Howard's willingness to take that extra step making sure our sales experience was extremely pleasant. He took the time to explain each function of the vehicle and, knowing the extras we wanted, made sure they were all completed before we picked it up. This is why after purchasing one vehicle from Howard in February, we made sure we purchased our second one in July also from him. I live in Tampa & work in St Pete. I took my car to the Honda dealership by my home & explained sometimes my A/C doesn't turn on. The service agent kept my car for the day & said he couldn't find a proble Honda dealership by my home & explained sometimes my A/C doesn't turn on. The service agent kept my car for the day & said he couldn't find a problem. He told me to monitor it on my own & bring it back to him if necessary. For the next 3 weeks my A/C was working decently until last weekend. It stopped working on Friday night & didn't come back on until Tuesday morning. I decided to take my care to Crown Honda because it was close to work and I am so grateful I did because that's when I met Michele Dessert. She listened to my concerns and told me she would fix my problem. I spoke with her later in the day & she informed me that she couldn't re-create my problem of the A/C not turning on; however, she believed it was the blower motor giving me problems and replaced it. Driving home last night was such a pleasure. The A/C worked as well (if not better) from when I bought the car two years ago. Thank you Michele for listening to what I had to say and for not dismissing me to montitor the problem on my own! Because of you, I will be a loyal customer for years to come!!!
