This year we dealt with your Service Dept. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional, from the welcoming agent outside, the shuttle driver, and especially Diamara Morrill our Service Advisor. My first time with James it was because I came to the Service Department with some problem with my 2017 Honda Fit on Thanksgiving weekend, without appointment, and not just he did the best to get my vehicle in, he also made me feel confident that he would do his best to help and solve that problem as soon as possible. Although I arrived there that Saturday without hope of fixing my car the same day, but when I got out from the service department, I was sure that I would receive his call back that my car was ready, and so it happened!! I would highly recommend this advisor. I honestly feel James is there to help and keep you a happy customer providing the best service. from that day I knew that Mr. McLaughlin will be the service advisor that I will ask for, from now on. Great experience Honda needed to replace a wire in the steering wheel. Easy appointment made by phone. Arrived at dealer with a huge construction project - but it was easy to navigate. Got signed in, went into the temporary facilities- huge crowd of people waiting in seats for their repairs. First thought: this will take ages to get out of here! But no. 2 minutes later I’m completely checked in and am offered a ride home! Later, at home, a call confirmed the service was complete and another call told me the shuttle was on its way to pick me up. At the dealership.got right in for the paperwork - and the waiting room was completely empty! - was escorted to my waiting car and was on my way! The service rep was Daimara - her ease with the process and helpfulness with the details and the shuttle could not have been better! I was truly pleased with the entire experience! More

Mr. Stiles is awesome! I chose to stay at the dealership while my car was serviced. He kept checking on me to be sure I wasn’t hungry and offered a shuttle to anywhere to pass the time. Everyone was super polite and had great attitudes despite a busy day before holiday travel. I work for another car company and know what a packed day in service can be like.
