5 STARS ISN'T ENOUGH. DAN MICK IS MY HERO. Its Monday. Its two days before Thanksgiving. Its everybody needing their car serviced for the holiday. And then there's me wit DAN MICK IS MY HERO. Its Monday. Its two days before Thanksgiving. Its everybody needing their car serviced for the holiday. And then there's me with a tire that a curb rudely clipped and blew out my tire the day before. I hobbled in on the spare without an appointment and asked Dan to please help me. He made no promises other than he would do his best. He did better. He fit me into the schedule, provided great instruction and the Service staff put on a new tire, balanced them and put the spare back, filled it with air and reset the check lights- which by the way, I never knew there were so many!!! I was in and out of the service center in an amazingly short time. I AM SO GRATEFUL. Thank you Crown Honda for such an amazing crew of service personnel, They ALL ARE COURTEOUS AND KIND. And Dan - YOU ARE A ROCK STAR- THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME. Evie Keller More

great service From the time you pull in for service you feel welcome. My brother bought the car there and everything was on his name, I bought the car from him and From the time you pull in for service you feel welcome. My brother bought the car there and everything was on his name, I bought the car from him and wanted to change the paper work to my name. Daimara walk me trough every step and stay with me until every thing was change from warranties, service, tire purchase everything. I wouldn't have known where to start, she made phone calls and fill forms until everything was done. Is very hard to find somebody so committed to her job to do so much. I can't thank her enough for all her help. The service was fast and she kept me inform of everything . Gary Phillips is also very nice to deal with. What a great team! Outstanding Customer Service I would like to commend Mr. Dan Mick for providing me with outstanding customer service. On October 31, 2019 my wife and I were in the third day o I would like to commend Mr. Dan Mick for providing me with outstanding customer service. On October 31, 2019 my wife and I were in the third day of a driving trip from our home in Fairport New York to join a cruise out of Miami on November 2. Late in the afternoon we were in the area of St. Petersburg Beach when the air conditioning in our Honda Odessey malfunctioned bringing warm air into the car. I phoned Crown Honda late in the afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to be able to get a 7;30 AM service appointment the next day. When I arrived the next morning I was warmly received by Dan. He assured me that resolving my vehicle problems was a priority of his and Crown Honda's. Dan made me comfortable in your waiting area and provided frequent progress updates. Three hours later the air conditioning in my car was again working well and I had a new set of rear brakes. Dan had done a complete check of my car and found that the rear brake pads were marginal. In addition to repairing my car, Dan provided me with invaluable advice about driving safely in the Port of Miami. Dan's words of caution put my wife and me on high alert. I am certain that we avoided a collision on Biscayne Blvd. thanks to Dan. In summary, I am most grateful to Dan and Crown Honda for all of the assistance.
