He explained what the service department would be doing to my car, the approximate length of Danny Mick was very cordial, thorough, and accommodating. When the work on my car was completed, he explained all that had been done, then began to point out where my car was parked, but instead he stopped and told me to wait there, while he brought my car to me, so I could get in more easily.
