Michele Dessert saved Crown Honda for me The first time I went to Crown Honda - a while back..., the service guy who I got assigned to (not the mechanics, the one that does the paperwork) was The first time I went to Crown Honda - a while back..., the service guy who I got assigned to (not the mechanics, the one that does the paperwork) was not very good. I had an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It took a VERY long time, and although he had no control over that - he never kept me updated, so I decided after that 'i would have my car serviced elsewhere because of his apathy towards me.. BUT, I had a flat tire last week and needed to get it in ASAP. I called for an appt, was told I couldn't get it in until the following week, but I explained my circumstances and the call taker switched me to Michele Dessert.. I told her my predicament, and that I was driving on that donut tire that AAA put on, and my car also needed to be serviced, but I'd worry about that later. Well, she told me to bring the car in the next day and she would "make it all happen" (tire AND service) and she would get the Honda courtesy van to take me home. (She cared about my time). When I got there, Michele made me feel like a rock star, but more importantly, like a valued customer - so rare in today's society. She also called me during this time and kept me up to date on my car and the repair. Absolutely the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED...!!! Now, I know I will be bringing my car back there for servicing and when I buy my next Honda - it will be there, simply because of Michele.... And, I've already recommended Crown Honda to my friends because of my experience with her.... More

However, if that many people continue to go there for service, I'd call that a positive! I'll return for the next service also. Service via Dan Mick I came in for a routine oil change, and if appropriate, a 25K mile service. Dan advised me that we could do the additional service at 30K miles. I would have appreciated a car wash and vacuum (as I receive from my car dealer up north), but it was not offered. The only concern I have is an email I received from Crown Honda indicating that I "chose not to have some required service" done while I was there on 5/28/19, whereas I don't recall not choosing a required service.
