Excellent service! James McLaughlin provided excellent service for my Honda Fit appointment recently. I was there for a regular oil change, however he recommended replac James McLaughlin provided excellent service for my Honda Fit appointment recently. I was there for a regular oil change, however he recommended replacing two of my tires which he noted had very little tread left. He most likely prevented me from being stranded somewhere with a flat tire soon. He was conscientious of my time and helped speed along the service technicians with the work that needed to be done. Service Excellence I feel as though I have returned home. I am currently driving my seventh Honda. For the past five years, I drove a new BMW X1. Disorganized Unprofessional Terrible Service I had an appt and Bob greeted me rudely. No one helped me check in paperwork or shuttle service I was there for 45 minutes just to check in! I was tre I had an appt and Bob greeted me rudely. No one helped me check in paperwork or shuttle service I was there for 45 minutes just to check in! I was treated like I was invisible. After receiving no update nor help after 20 mins I had to walk into the service manager’s office just to get help! What are the staff members doing? Why is it my fault 3 service techs called in sick? I had called in two weeks advance to schedule this. It has now become a bigger inconvenience because I’m now late to my next appt because I was stuck here for almost an hour JUST TO CHECK IN More

Great Service! This was my first time at Crown Honda. Just recently moved to the St. Pete area and my car battery went kaput. Mike did a great job!
