1st Service on Car This was first visit to the service center since I purchased my car. I just returned from a out of town visit and wanted an oil change and tire rotati This was first visit to the service center since I purchased my car. I just returned from a out of town visit and wanted an oil change and tire rotation to be on the safe side. I messed up by not booking an appointment earlier. I went in early hoping that I could get the service I needed done before mid day. The service upon arrival was great. I primarily dealt with Eduardo Diaz. Eduardo gave me a time frame(2-3) for my car to be looked at since I didn't have an appointment. The short time frame made me ecstatic. Eduardo and his team though beat that time frame easily by at least an hour. I got my brake fluid changed too which was noticed by the Service Technicians which is great because it saves me from having to come back later. Eduardo went through the full run of what was noticed with my car(which wasn't really anything besides the brake fluid needing to be changed) and gave me some great tips for my car that would save me some money in the future. He was a really big help and provided great service. More
Crown Honda didn't let us down We had an issue with our Navi/Radio system in our 2016 Civic EXL. It completely died, taking with it a/c controls, cameras, phone pairing, streaming m We had an issue with our Navi/Radio system in our 2016 Civic EXL. It completely died, taking with it a/c controls, cameras, phone pairing, streaming music, everything. Scheduled an appointment with Daimara Morrill and she got us in asap. Long story short, after 2 trips to update software , it was decided and authorized by American Honda to replace our Navi system, as the car was still under warranty. Once the system was ordered and received at the dealership, Daimara got us in asap to replace it. All is good now, and we didn't have to go through too much aggravation! Thanks Crown Honda for service after the sale! More

AMAZING SERVICE! I had my 2002 Honda CRV towed in to Crown Honda labor day evening after I was unable to get it to start. I always go to Crown Honda because they have always taken the best care of my car. James McLaughlin is my service technician and he called me first thing Tuesday morning with an quote for the repair & told me it would be done the next afternoon. Sure enough I received a call around 2 pm letting me know it was all done! I very greatly appreciate how efficient & easily James makes all of my car problems disappear, I also appreciate the fact they have a shuttle service available to pick you up in order to get your car, one less thing I have to stress about! Sean, the shuttle driver, is very friendly & is very good at communicating when he will be arriving. I will always remain a loyal Crown Honda customer because they are the BEST! More

The cable for my passenger side door broke and I was dead in the water. I am a Quad and my van is a lowered floor Honda Odyssey. Needless to say, When the door will not open the ramp will not deploy. My Service advisor Michele Dessert got me right in and the Tech Robert Kirkland both worked together to get me going with no hesitation. Even after getting my van back Robert took time with me to adjust my door so that all my medical equipment worked as it should. Thank you Crown Honda you have a customer for life.
