Excellent service James Mclaughlin went above and beyond. Along with explaining to me about my 5 year service needs, he explained that I had a bubble in my right front James Mclaughlin went above and beyond. Along with explaining to me about my 5 year service needs, he explained that I had a bubble in my right front tire and should replace the tire. He ordered the tire and I got it put on the very next day. He also got me the email address to get a replacement registration card. this dealerships service mangers have always given me excellent service andI'm thrilled to find a dealership with honest people in the service department. Eduardo Diaz I was not sure that Crown Honda would have taken me on Saturday, right before Labour's day so I called anyway and I hope they would not turn me away. Realistically, calling them to ask to do a walkin is just a bad move because you do not get a precise answer but I asked the receptionist to put me through service anyway and I will take my chances. I was lucky to speak to Eduardo Diaz, who is my new favorite service guy. He took me in, welcomed me and took care of my new ride's synthetic oil change. Straight forward, no BS. Would I come back again! You bet your tail I will. Great waiting room area with plenty of water, coffee and WiFi. Great service overall and I highly recommend Eduardo, he understands relationships so thank you. More

Another Outsatanding Experience, As Always I made an appointment for normal LOF service on my 2017 Civic with the service Manager I have been working with for at least twenty years. Michele kno I made an appointment for normal LOF service on my 2017 Civic with the service Manager I have been working with for at least twenty years. Michele knows Hondas inside and outside. I am alway amazed at her depth of knowledge. This service was late in the day but Michele followed it carefully to make sure it was completed on time. Visits with Michele are always interesting and on occasion challenging! More
