Michelle dessert has been the service advisor for three of them. She is always there for me and keeps my down time to a minimum and works very hard to coordinate the work. She always strives to save me future costs and problems by being proactive on the care of my vehicles. She takes the time to be as helpful as she can in meeting my needs to have a rental if necesssay or schedule a time convenient for me. I’m times of something unforeseen she always fits me in. She is a knowledgeable and organized employee - crown is lucky to have such an asset. Kudos to you Michelle 👍🏻! Thanks for all that you for your customers and your employer. Routine service My service experience with Crown Honda goes back to the early 1980's. It has consistently been good to excellent. Recently I called to schedule a ro My service experience with Crown Honda goes back to the early 1980's. It has consistently been good to excellent. Recently I called to schedule a routine 30,000 mile service for my 2017 Accord Hybrid. I was assigned to Eduardo Diaz. Perhaps he had a bad day. I arrived early and explained to the driveway receptionist that I'd received two email reminders for my service. One for Eduardo and one for James. I was told to just sign in. They had the latest listing and I would be met shortly. Twenty minutes later Michelle asked me if I had been helped yet. I said no. She went out to the service drive and within a minute Eduardo came to greet me and tell me he had to get some info from my car. The service was written up and I waited for the vehicle. After the maintenance was completed, I paid and signed. Arriving home I then noticed that the inspection report was not attached to my receipt. It appears there was some confusion who I had been assigned to that day. Perhaps this was an internal issue and not a delay caused by Eduardo. Additionally, while Eduardo verbally assured me that the inspection of my auto revealed no problems, I like to maintain the inspection reports in my file for an historical record. This information was also shared in a telephone follow-up call I received days after the service. More
