David Miller was awesome!! I called in asking for help to pair my new phone. David researched how to do it on my older Accord and then called me back and explained how and wait I called in asking for help to pair my new phone. I was thrilled to get my phone paired & very fortunate to get David on the phone. I would also like to mention Susie who answered the phone and found someone who could talk to me. She was very understanding and helpful as well to make sure she found someone who could help me; I really appreciated that she didn't insist I go into someone's voice mail.
