Buying my first Honda Loved the whole experience coming here. I just recently moved in to the area and my fiancé and I were already interested in a Civic 2018. Emailed Michele Dessert, my service rep. She immediately returned a email with instructions. Repairs took 2 days because of getting parts. Actually on the second day I was able to pickup my car. As always, Michele does a great job!!. More

Not a bad place for service Moved to Florida from Ohio so wanted to meet my local service provider. Scheduled a tire rotation ended up with the 30k service less oil change due to Moved to Florida from Ohio so wanted to meet my local service provider. Scheduled a tire rotation ended up with the 30k service less oil change due to lack of mileage Took a while to meet the service tech Mike needed to ask several times what happens next. Appeared they were doing computer records check but forgot to tell me. Agreed to the 3 year required service with my mileage at 27k. Oil life was at 40% so no oil change. Waiting room austere but coffee, water and snacks provided. Repairs acceptable but no car wash, disappointed. More

Made me feel important Randy and the service Dept was swamped when my son and I pulled for servic without an appt!!!
