Excellent customer service! Gerlanda went above & beyond helping me get my AC repaired when the extended warranty didn't want to pay for the freon gas or dye used to diagnose a Gerlanda went above & beyond helping me get my AC repaired when the extended warranty didn't want to pay for the freon gas or dye used to diagnose a covered part that had gone bad. He went so far as to contact his manager to help out with the situation! Crown Honda has my vote & I have been to two other Honda service centers in the past! I traveled 20 mins to bring my car back here & surely wasn't disappointed !!
