Great service from Daimara Morrill Our 1997 Civic's engine light came on (and started flashing) when my husband attempted to drive to his second day or work this week. We're new to the Our 1997 Civic's engine light came on (and started flashing) when my husband attempted to drive to his second day or work this week. We're new to the area and hadn't yet found a mechanic to service our car -- so we were sort of freaking out. I'm glad we decided to call Crown Honda. After speaking with Daimara Morrill, I felt confident I could drive the car in to be serviced without damaging the engine. She was there to greet me as soon as I arrived, and kept me informed at every step of the way. The mechanic (not sure of his name) was also great; he asked about our car's service record before suggesting that we replace any parts. Ultimately, we ended up paying only for diagnostic services (and an oil change), as the mechanic couldn't get the engine to misfire again after switching around the spark plugs. I don't know much about cars, and we're dependent on ours -- which makes me feel a little vulnerable. Feeling like I could trust Daimara made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable. Overall, I'd recommend Crown Honda and feel comfortable going back to Daimara for our service needs. More
