Michelle’s customer service was great. She was attentive and empathetic of my service needs for my recently purchased vehicle from Crown Honda. Due to my work schedule, I was not able to get to the dealersh and empathetic of my service needs for my recently purchased vehicle from Crown Honda. Due to my work schedule, I was not able to get to the dealership until it almost closed. Even with 10 minutes left before closing, Brooks was still ready to help me get my car. When I went to start it, the battery would not let it start. I think it was Dan who was nice enough to bring out the battery jumper to help me get going again. Thank you all for your service. Thank you for fixing the issue I had. More

Amazing Service! I am SO thrilled with the assistance that I received from Michele in getting my car serviced. She made special arrangements for me to bring in my car I am SO thrilled with the assistance that I received from Michele in getting my car serviced. She made special arrangements for me to bring in my car for a leaking of fluid so that I didn't have to wait to have whatever was leaking cause the need and expense to have the care towed to the dealership. With the car there, she made arrangements for me to have the courtesy shuttle give me a ride home. To my surprise, I received a phone call within a few hours of dropping the car off that they had found the problem, had the needed parts and within a few more hours the courtesy shuttle was at the door to pick me up and I had my car back same day!!! Thank you again Michele!! More
