My recent car shopping experience was a great one at Crown Hyundai. For the first time I did not feel pressured or bullied like I have felt at other dealerships. Alejandro Prichard was my Sales Consulta Crown Hyundai. For the first time I did not feel pressured or bullied like I have felt at other dealerships. Alejandro Prichard was my Sales Consultant and he was not only attentive to my requests but he went above and beyond to make sure that I found exactly what I needed and made me happy. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and always willing to answer all my Questions. The Finance Manager was also very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The other Sales Consultants were very courteous too. My daughter had bought a car from Alejandro and was very satisfied overall. Very clean facility, bathrooms were spotless! More

Jarett Ziemak is the best service advisor. I was out of town and visited this dealership because I was already over my mileage. They were able to squeeze me in and not make me wait two weeks like other dea town and visited this dealership because I was already over my mileage. They were able to squeeze me in and not make me wait two weeks like other dealerships. I had purchased a service plan through a Hyundai dealership in Fort Lauderdale but Jarett was unable to see it in the system so he called the company and they provided him the info he needed however they told him I didn't have the service plan. I only had three dollars in my account and a toddler running around while we were trying to work this out. Needless to say he took care of the cost of my service and I couldn't have been more grateful. It's people like this that really care and go above and beyond in customer service. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend. More
