Alway a great experience I have been to many different dealer sevice centers but Crown Hyudai is my favorite . Great Experience! I came into Crown Hyundai to test drive the Sante Fe or Tuscon. I already owned a Hyundai Elantra and I knew that it was a reliable car, had some bell I came into Crown Hyundai to test drive the Sante Fe or Tuscon. I already owned a Hyundai Elantra and I knew that it was a reliable car, had some bells and whistles, and good looking. I was ready to get into a bigger vehicle though. Although we were there "before the dealership opened" Mario Pozzi immediately greeted us. What I liked about Mario (although yes he is salesy, he is a car salesman so to be expected!), he was knowledgable. He truly cared about me understanding the options available and got me into a car that I LOVE! I even bought new, a 2019 Sante Fe, so it's going to be a great year! The sale took a total of about five hours. He tried to make it as quick and easy as possible and I really appreciated it. More
