Ryan Murray really took care of my car!! I drove through a flooded road (not knowing just how flooded it was), my car stalled. I had it towed to Crown Hyundai. He made me feel at ease and said he would check everything out and would call me back with his findings. My motor had been severely damaged. Brian Casey worked hard with the extended warranty company to try to get the service and parts covered but they were not. Despite this, he gave me some discounts he could (which were more than I hoped for) and even apologized that it costed what it did. I truly believe and this is from experience with working with Brian Casey for six years now, that Brian only has repairs or maintenance done when absolutely necessary. I never feel taken advantage of and this is why I love Crown Hyundai and always have a great experience with Brian Casey in control of my car. He truly cares and it shows. Thanks Brian! More

Awesome Customer Service I purchased my Hyundai Sonata in 2006 and I felt that I got a great deal on it. Now, 12 years later, even though my car is not the newest one when I t I purchased my Hyundai Sonata in 2006 and I felt that I got a great deal on it. Now, 12 years later, even though my car is not the newest one when I take it in for repairs, I am treated as if I were driving a brand new Hyundai. Each experience is a positive experience. But to be fair, I believe that it is my Service Adviser, August Lascola, that makes the experience a pleasant one. He is personable, knowledgeable and keeps me informed of the repairs throughout the process. While I am waiting and there is nothing yet to report, he tells me so I am not kept wondering what is going on. When the mechanic does find the cause for my reason to be there in the first place, August explains, in laymen's terms, what the problem is, what is involved in making the repairs, the cost of those repairs and how long it will take. With August, there are no surprises. Crown Hyundai? A definite 'thumbs up'! More
