Anthony led us to a wonderful car buying experience Wow... I remember when going to look at new cars was a much dreaded experience...let alone the process around buying a new car. Well not anymore!! It took much less time even though we drove more than one car. Anthony seem to have good answers to the questions and had a ton of knowledge about the cars we were interested in. A smooth experience from start to finish. I drove my new Elantra home the next day and LOVE my car! And too...I know if I have a question about my car, Anthony will have the answer, or find it. Service is outstanding. Today I was surprised to find that my AC in the car suddenly stopped working. In Florida, that is not an option. I was leaving on a trip the next day Today I was surprised to find that my AC in the car suddenly stopped working. In Florida, that is not an option. I was leaving on a trip the next day and was going to cancel if I couldn't get it fixed. I called service and got through to my service advisor, Brian Casey. Nice experience I had purchased 3 previous Hyundais from another dealer, and was needing some info on an early lease termination and a new purchase. I went to Crown a I had purchased 3 previous Hyundais from another dealer, and was needing some info on an early lease termination and a new purchase. I went to Crown and spoke with Wayne Rudge. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain my options without pressuring me. I needed to think for a day or two and I wasnt chased as I left. I returned 2 days later with a plan of what I wanted and was able to get the Hyundai that I really liked. More
