Smoothest car buying experience ever. I have always dreaded buying a new car, at least the salesman and dealership experience. March 7th changed my mind. Bruce Brown is a pleasant guy and I have always dreaded buying a new car, at least the salesman and dealership experience. March 7th changed my mind. Bruce Brown is a pleasant guy and was pleasant to work with, start to finish. After exchanging a few emails about what we were looking for - model and price - we went down for a test drive. The test drive was fun, of course, but Bruce also made it instructional, making sure we experienced the car's features and when I said I wanted to go over a speed bump Bruce directed me to a series of them to make sure I got what I wanted. Even with the time we spent with Bruce I was still dreading the final part, picking up the new car. That part went better than I ever thought. Bruce and Danny Lai in Finance had everything ready and all lined up; we were out in minutes instead of hours with the new car we wanted, clean and full of gas. By the way, we've been Toyota owners for many years and it was tough to even consider buying another brand. Bruce was never pushy and never negative about the other cars we were considering, but he was pretty thorough in showing the Hyundai's features, head-to-head comparisons with other cars, and the dealership's advantages. More
