However I went to the dealership to request a car wash on 03/05/18. My regular service advisors (Jarett Ziemack and Ryan Murray) were off for the day. However, I was assisted by August L. It was my first encounter with him, but he was very helpful. He was professional and he assisted me in my service needs. He also assisted me in scheduling an upcoming appointment for additional service that I would need. He showed me the part that would be replaced, and he also gave me the same quote price (as given by Jarett Z on a previous occasion). It was a great experience. More

He made my day,kept me on the road When my tire got a large nail in it, Ryan, my go to guy, and service rep, ordered me a new tire which was covered by my tire warranty.
