He told me they filled up the freon and added dye so that if there was a leak they could find it should this happen again. I appreciated is call to update me on the status and to tell me my car was ready. Such a positive experience. My husband and I searched around all day Saturday to find a car. We knew what we wanted and we knew how much we could spend. We were greeted by a very enthusiastic individual who got us with a sale consultant very fast. Mariano took us out to the used cars and directed us to the cars he knew would be in our price range. He didn't try to go all out and pressure us into buying something he knew we didn't come there to buy, (unlike many other car dealerships that day).The whole team we worked with was very nice and professional. There was an issue with the car and the dealership fixed it the next business day like they promised they would. I love my car and I loved the care we got at this dealership. Thank you John Young I was looking for a car for my daughter who lives in the St. Petersburg area. The only issue was that I was from New Jersey. I went on the Crown Hyund I was looking for a car for my daughter who lives in the St. Petersburg area. The only issue was that I was from New Jersey. I went on the Crown Hyundai website to check cars out, chatted with a rep. I then received an email from John. To make a look my story short John Young not only helped me pick the right car but answered ever question I had about financing, car insurance and when we could secure the car. When I arrived in Florida I met with John and he bent over backwards to complete the deal for me. He even replied and helped on his day off!
