The processes are broken, quality control is non-existent, there are no best practices, the service techs are unreachab The service department sucks. How is this allowed?.....Chris Sanborn, Service Manager, and GR Tarr, General Manager. It's simple, grow a back bone, set goals and expectations, and hold people accountable. The Service Department is the reason that I will not be staying with Crown Hyundai. In the meantime, the Service Department has a silver lining, named Tomm Burkart. Tomm is professional, respectable, courteous, keeps me informed, and more importantly, is conscious of my time. Tomm sets realistic expectations, and can provide me with accurate status and details to my repair. Tomm is a subject matter expert in his field.
