We came to Crown Hyundai for our first service on our Tucson Hyundai. we were given Tomm Burkart from our sales agent. Tomm took care of our car and never forgot that we were the people being services as well as our car. Tomm took care of the car but better - he kept us informed and the car was ready before we ever expected. Thank you Tomm and we are a very appreciative client. More

Service rep Jarett Ziemak. My service rep is Mr. Jarett Ziemak, and has been since I bought my new Sonata 3 years ago. And I would say his professionalism, courtesy, and attent My service rep is Mr. Jarett Ziemak, and has been since I bought my new Sonata 3 years ago. And I would say his professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail are why that has been so. He is a terrific young man (I am 69), and I appreciate all of his kindness and great service for my vehicle.(and no, it has nothing to do with the fact that he is also a big Bucs fan, though that doesn't hurt!). I will miss him in the future, as my wife and I are moving from Tampa to Orlando in a few months. But if you should happen to wind up with Jarett, know that your car is in good hands! More

First visit Brian Casey welcomed me and made me feel at home for my first visit to Crown Hyundai. I had just bought a used Hyundai Sonata elsewhere and needed two Brian Casey welcomed me and made me feel at home for my first visit to Crown Hyundai. I had just bought a used Hyundai Sonata elsewhere and needed two recall items checked. He answered my questions, explained some features of the car (bluetooth, back-up) and gave me an estimate of when the car would be ready for pick-up.
