Excellent work by Crown Salesman but, be careful when using credit card Good experience with the sales process but, when making a deposit for $500 because I was not told to bring in my DD 214 to prove I was a veteran so th Good experience with the sales process but, when making a deposit for $500 because I was not told to bring in my DD 214 to prove I was a veteran so that I could get the $500 discount which had already been applied. A deposit was made to hold as security while I went home and returned with the form. However the whole deposit transaction went wrong and even though I was supposed to be refunded instead it turned into a $5,000 charge against my credit card. It took 9 days to get the refund on the credit card. But it still messed up the whole credit card billing. It will require more work to get it straighten out. So my best advise is keep an eye on your credit card charges when dealing with Crown and don't close the transaction will everything on both sides are resolved first. More
