Wonderful buying experience I had a Hyundai Sonata, 2004 for the last 12 years. Best car I have ever owned. Cliff Stoufer has taken excellent car of me as my service representa I had a Hyundai Sonata, 2004 for the last 12 years. Best car I have ever owned. Cliff Stoufer has taken excellent car of me as my service representative. I brought my car in for air conditioning repair and told Cliff I wanted to look at new cars. He put a hold on my repair, introduced me to Warren Bennett and less than 3 hours I was out the door with a new car! Thanks to everyone who was part of this great experience for me. More

He was very helpful, taking time to answer all my questions and patiently explaining all the high-tech gadgetry that the car had to offer. Mark Bowen was also very impressive...he surprised me with a better interest rate from my bank (BOA) than I was able to secure on my own (2.24% vs 2.49%). And, he handled all the paperwork with speed and efficiency. I bought my first Azera from Crown six years ago. Since then I've had nothing but excellent experiences with your service department. Chris Sanborn and his team are top-notch. I always knew I'd come back for my next Azera...and I did! More
