Customer Service is the name of the game! Since this is the 5th Hyundai I have gotten from Crown since 2004 I obviously am a satisfied customer! Great Customer Service I am a AAA member and was prequalified for a $40,000 new car loan. Crown Hyundai was one of the partnership car dealers. The instant I was prequalifie I am a AAA member and was prequalified for a $40,000 new car loan. Crown Hyundai was one of the partnership car dealers. The instant I was prequalified for the loan, I received a phone call from Tony Cheung. I was very interested in purchasing a 2016 Sonata. Tony was very professional and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions regarding the Sonata. At the time of our conversation, I wasn't sure if I wanted to travel to St. Petersburg to look for a new car, but, I said if I had the time I would drive there to talk to Tony and test drive the Sonata. After much thought, I decided to purchase a Toyota. My decision to purchase a Toyota was strictly a personal choice. I was very impressed with Tony Cheung and would refer anyone looking to purchase a new car to contact him. More

We went to just look for a car & endeded by purchasing an Hyundai Sonata & we love it. The Sales person Paul Haggarty was excellent, very helpful and very thorough. My husband and I are not ver purchasing an Hyundai Sonata & we love it. The Sales person Paul Haggarty was excellent, very helpful and very thorough. My husband and I are not very good with with any kind of electronics but Paul was very patient & showed us how to work the bluetooth, the blue link,the radio & everything else in the car.
