Chris Sanborn is more than a 5 star service manager but there are only 5 stars in your rating system. He is the consummate professional. He always makes you feel like you are the most important customer. He is able to answer all of your questions, keeps you apprised of the status of things and goes above and beyond to get you in and out in a timely manner. While I was there, I also ran into Mario Pozzi. He is another great person to work with, He had a wheel cleaner/wheel revitalizer kit and graciously offered it to me knowing that I like to keep my car looking good! I cannot say enough about the staff at Crown Hyundai. From the sales staff to the service staff to the man at the top, GR Tarr, I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Crown Hyundai. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants a great vehicle, great sale staff, great customer service and great auto service. More

I've been wanting a new car for a while, but have been hesitant to visit a dealer (my local dealers) because of all the negative reviews I read on the I've been wanting a new car for a while, but have been hesitant to visit a dealer (my local dealers) because of all the negative reviews I read on them online. I expanded my search a little beyond my hometown and came across Crown Hyundai. I live in Sarasota, so it's about a 40 some mile drive, but Crown Hyundai's excellent reviews were too good for me to pass up. My mom (after some begging) drove me up as my AC wasn't working in my Honda. We worked with Bill Swan and Jordan Anderson! Bill was very helpful, welcoming, and he went over everything so I understood it; he's an honest businessman! Jordan helped me understand the kinks of how my car works. It was definitely worth the trip, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They made the purchase of my first brand new car an exceptional experience. Oh, and Bill also gave my mom a gas gift card for her troubles of driving me up! More

Jessica Scarboro, the Financial Services Manager, was very patient, knowledgeable, and clearly explained all my finance options. This was first time buying a new car and Crown Hyundai exceeded all of my expectations.
