She is knowledgeable, energetic, enthusiastic and will earn your business. I accompanied my son while he was looking for a variety of vehicles... I say this because he wasn't sure what was right for his lifestyle and budget. Needless to say we went back and forth on several cars yet Brittany maintained her positivity and patience even though we closed down the dealership without making a decision. We returned a couple of days later for a second round and Brittany was there to welcome us with a smile. My son had now settled on a car that he had not considered during the first visit and Brittany took him through the process with expertise to close the deal for a win-win transaction. I would have rated the Crown Hyundai 5 stars but there were some issues on the back end (Finance) but it had nothing to do with Brittany. If I were to rate Brittany on her part of the transaction alone she is a solid 5 STARS! More

He answered all my questions and we took test drives of pre-owned and new vehicles. I decided on leasing a new Sonata and we did the paperwork which went smoothly and quickly. Great first maintenance service visit. Jarett Zeimec very pe Greeted as soon as I pulled up to the door by very pleasant young man who took over my vehicle and escorted us into the service center.
