No expectation, yet full service Wow! CHRISTIE COPPIN went out of the way to help my wife and I as we tried to narrow down my wife's search for a new car. We have been Crown customers Wow! CHRISTIE COPPIN went out of the way to help my wife and I as we tried to narrow down my wife's search for a new car. We have been Crown customers for over a quarter century and while we have always been treated courteously and professionally Ms. Coppin took customer service to a new high. We were clear that we were likely looking for a certified used Hyundai and that they did not have what we were looking ior on the Crown inventory. However,, we asked Christie if she would show us Elantras and Sonatas and allow my wife to test drive both. Christie could not have been more accommodating. She had us out in different models with different trim levels. She spent considerable time with us without any type of pressure tactic and full well knowing we were unlikely to make a purchase from her.. Her help assisted my wife in making a decision and she did end up purchasing a CPO Hyundai Elantra, though from a different dealer. Of course, all the service will be performed by Crown Certified Technicians. Thank you Ms. Coppin. You are a model for true customer service. More

The sale manager worked with us to get to a price that I was comfortable with. While the car was not in their inventory that I was looking for..Jon kept me apprised of the situation and we jumped on it (a 2017 Elantra) when it came on the lot. Good experience...(bought a Touring 4 years). I was impressed with the changes in the 2017..so we waited til they became available...I was particular about color..luckily it became available with you next (2nd) shipment. Great overall experience!! More

From the time I parked my 2001 Infinity G-20 in the parking lot of Crown Hyundai St. Petersburg I knew I had made the right decision to purchase my 20 From the time I parked my 2001 Infinity G-20 in the parking lot of Crown Hyundai St. Petersburg I knew I had made the right decision to purchase my 2016 Hyundai Sonata there. Naveed Kanchwala came out to greet me and I was immediately impressed by his demeanor. As an old-fashioned older woman I have certain behavior expectations of the people with whom I have interactions and Naveed absolutely met them! He is mannerly and respectful and pays attention to what you say to him. All of the negotiations regarding the lease of my new car had been handled by my son-in-law in Atlanta and Naveed by phone. All I had to do was arrive at the dealership with my trade-in, confirm the type of Hyundai I wanted, meet Leslie in Finance to sign papers, and wait for my car to be prepped for my purchase. Meanwhile I was introduced to Ryan in Service as I will be dealing with him for my first service experience in June. Naveed also kindly removed some items from my trade-in and transferred them to my new car for me -- what EXCEPTIONAL service! After the purchase of my new car I had occasion to call Crown Hyundai with some questions regarding how to operate the car and spoke to Ken Feck. Ken was super patient in talking me through what I needed to know and I am so grateful to him for that. EXCEPTIONAL service is what I experienced at Crown Hyundai St. Petersburg from the beginning to the end of my transaction! Thanks to all of you with whom I spoke and especially to Naveed for his kindness and professionalism! More
