Ryan Gibb: What a guy Ryan Gibb sold us a 2016 Tucson. The things I was impressed with first were his great personality, sense of humor and knowledge of vehicles. We didn Ryan Gibb sold us a 2016 Tucson. The things I was impressed with first were his great personality, sense of humor and knowledge of vehicles. We didn't feel pressured and Ryan made us feel like we were the only customers he had. We didn't go to Crown Hyundai with the intention of buying a car, though. We went on Monday after receiving a notice in the mail on the previous Friday that for just driving to the dealership we could get three lottery tickets. Well, it was the Kia dealer, next door, that had the tickets, not the Hyundai dealer. Ryan apologized and said that it was the Kia dealer and the tickets were no longer being given. We told him, though, since we were already there that we would just like to look at a new vehicle. He asked us what kind of vehicle we would be interested in, we told him and the next day we drove our new car home. He has called us several times asking if he could do anything for us. Today, August 31st, he called and said that the man who was putting the door guards on was at the dealer. I drove to the dealer within 45 minutes and door guards were put on. I would recommend not only Crown Hyundai (this is our second new Hyundai from Crown Hyundai) but recommend Ryan Gibb. More

Exceptional We have a Hyundai dealership way closer than Crown however there isn't a comfort level when you walk onto their lot as there is at Crown. We had only intentions to look at what new models were available not to buy. William Swan showed us around, allowed us to look around on our own for a while. We went back to his office and decided not to buy one vehicle but two, an Accent and an Elantra. He is one to the best people we have ever dealt with anywhere. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and up most honest! Would highly recommend seeing William Swan if you are even just thinking about a new or used vehicle. More

They certainly make you feel welcome. I have been going to the service department there for 3 years. I leased my car through another dealer and because it was close, took my car there for service. I decided to lease a car from them because of how I had been treated over the past 3 years. I would certainly recommend going there. Kudos also to Jordan Anderson and his computer skills. Great job!!
