Buying a car was a pleasant experience. As soon as I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by Floyd Martinez. He was patient with all my questions, very helpful and made me feel comfortable. He was knowledgable about the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. It was a very hot day, the temperature was over 90 degrees. When I asked to test drive the vehicle for the second time, he had me wait inside while he went to get the vehicle and drove it up the front door for me. After buying the car, he told to call him anytime with any of my questions. It was a pleasant experience. More

Great overall experience We bought a car for our daughter here and had a good experience. The salesman, Carlos Lima, was great. She got a car she loved in her price range. Everyone we encountered from Carlos our salesman to the finance guy and the general manager were very friendly and courteous. Looking forward to seeing how their service department measures up when she takes her car in for her first oil change. Came with a 100,000/lifetime powertrain warranty which was nice. My only complaint is the fact that the manufacturer's warranty ran out a few months ago and that wasn't disclosed to us even after asking several times. We kept getting the "I'm not sure about other car make warranties" excuse but they knew when it expired. We were able to purchase a warranty through our lender so it didn't end up being an issue but I wish they would have been upfront about it. More
