I went in to Crown Hyundai with some pretty high demands -- I wanted a bare-bones, no frills Veloster (manual trans. of course). As it turns out, these are really hard to find, but the sales team, Ryan Gibb in particular really worked hard to find one and to price one. He answered all of my questions and didn't mind showing me around the lot even though he knew that the car I could potentially buy wasn't there. Also, though I can't speak to some of the other sales associates (some of them did seem a little wheely-dealy), Ryan gave me options without trying to be particularly coercive or underhanded. As a non-blind consumer, I have often walked away from perfectly good products and deals because of the smarminess of the sales guy. However, I felt like Crown Hyundai was upfront, honest, and hard-working. More

Consistency is key As always awesome service. my car missed its regular service due to a minor accident. What an Excellent Experience! I didn't really need to purchase a new car, but wanted to take a look around the lot and perhaps trade or sell my older Hyundai. Mario greeted me before the dealership was even open for business and escorted me through the lot. He took the time to actually listen to what my intentions were and together with Damian, we found the perfect 2nd car for myself and my son. Damian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, especially with respect to the financing piece of my transaction. Both were great to work with and made the day quite enjoyable. Jessica managed the financing documentation with skilled experience, and we were able to wrap things up rather quickly. As I was taken to my new car, the "boys"presented me with fresh cut carnations as a Thank You! The staff at Crown Hyundai are just simply amazing and I couldn't be happier with my new car or the experience - each, in their own way, made it all very easy. More

I as the consumer am not notified of the recalls, but they do know them. I like the fact that they are right on top of it. Ryan was such a joy to work with. He has such a positive and really knows his job. I will continue to bring my car to the dealership for the service, even though they are a bit more expensive. But the employees is what makes me want to come back. I really enjoyed my visit with Ryan. More

I ended up purchasing my first new car and it was a great experience. Carlos helped me get the best value on my trade in and the most car for my money. I met with Kevin Galloway who really took up a lot of time to help us. I felt very comfortable with him, and he shared his personal experience with me regarding his daughter which made my overthinking and giving up easier as a "first time" buying Mom. He also came up with many quick tips on all the why's and crossed each T and dotted each I. He made this a smooth transition for me and never ever pressured me at all. I also like the fact that everyone seemed to be a team and cheered us on as well as their counterpart Kevin. They even went outside to take pictures of my daughter and her new car for us because Kevin was attending to the final paperwork. When going into the finance department it ran very smooth also, and he helped me every step of the way. A big Thanks to all, but especially to Kevin for making my daughters dream possible! More
