Bill Swan: salesman extraordinaire Two days ago we went to Crown Hyundai to look at cars. We did not even want to talk to a salesperson; we just wanted to look. To our surprise, he was not the pushy stereotype of a car salesman and just gave us some really good advice. We drove a pre-owned Sonata and fell in love with it. Still, Bill had more advice for us about the pros and cons of leasing and what would be our best fit. We decided to purchase the pre-owned. After that, we told Bill what we would like our payments to be and he made it work, along with Danny Lai in finance, who makes you feel at ease and has a great sense of humor. This has been the best experience we have ever had buying a car. We feel we have a friend in Bill that will look out for our best interests. More
