Check engine light on I drove into St. Petersburg Florida from Pittsburgh PA for my fathers 90th birthday party. Immediately upon arrival my check engine light came on. Rya I drove into St. Petersburg Florida from Pittsburgh PA for my fathers 90th birthday party. Immediately upon arrival my check engine light came on. Ryan Murray was my service representative. He was extremely professional from the beginning. They found my secondary cooling fan had shorted and needed replaced. They had a new one in stock and had me back on the road very quickly. Several days later my check engine light came on again. I drove back to Crown and Ryan got me in immediately to see what was going on. They found a wire that was shorting out the system and fixed it at no cost to me. I am extremely impressed with the Crown dealership. I got to see several interactions with their staff and customers while I was there and they treated everyone with professionalism and kindness. I give a big thumbs up to the whole Crown organization and thank Ryan Murray for making my visit to Florida a happy one. Keep up the good work Ryan. I also want to thank the cashier as she was such a nice pleasant person that she left me smiling on my way out the door!!!!!! More

Too Much Paperwork I did a lot of research online before I went in and worked through the contact for online - which is Justin. He listened to what I was looking for and had the perfect choice ready to test drive when we arrived....the part where I was disappointed is not in the staff, not in the price, but in the length of time it took. The dealership was busy and we had to wait what seemed forever and would have been an additional hour or two to sign paperwork if it were not for me speaking up and getting someone pulled in to help us finish the mountain of paperwork....honestly, to walk in knowing what you want ready to pay cash - the transaction time should not take 3 - 4 hours. Also, now that the transaction is complete....we have been asked to come back twice due to formalities....just wish the paperwork part was slimmed down and streamlined. More

Recall Appointment Ryan went above and beyond. I was in for recall appointment only, but Ryan had another issue fixed that I mentioned at check-in. It so happened it wa Ryan went above and beyond. I also mentioned I though I may need brakes and would make an appointment for that in a week. He had them checked and advised me I had some time to get those done. How refreshing when a service center is honest and not trying to up-sell. Will use Crown in the future for all my car needs. Thank you. More
