Most notable were the salesperson, Amy, who worked tirelessly to get me a fantastic deal, the lady in the finance office (Jessica or Jennifer) who got an excellent finance rate for me with GMAC, despite hurdles we had to jump, and, after having had my first oil change this last week, I am equally as happy with Jarett and the service department. I will always have my service done at Crown and will be back for future purchases. Kudos to Hyundai Motors as well. This is my first Hyundai (Santa Fe) and my family and I are extremely happy with the quality, features and warranty. More

Thanks Tomm Burkart I had to take in my car in for service. I had trouble starting the car, did not know whether I needed a new battery or whatever else it could be. I did not have an appointment, however, when I saw Tomm Burkart's friendly smile I knew I was in good hands. He took all the information and then offered me coffee and or water and assured me that my car would be fixed. What a nice young man. Shortly afterwards he told me that it was indeed the battery and in a timely manner my car was fixed and ready for me to keep my appointments for the day. I even got a free car wash! The next time I have trouble with my car I will only go to Tomm Burkart as my service advisor. I found him to be quite knowledgeable, polite, courteous and quite efficient. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - NOT TRUSTWORTHY Sunday - communicated on the Web, spoke with Mike, a salesperson, he was going to call me back with details of the vehicle and an out-the-door price Sunday - communicated on the Web, spoke with Mike, a salesperson, he was going to call me back with details of the vehicle and an out-the-door price since I was driving from Miami, Never called me back. I made several calls that day to the the dealership, no response, I even made a bid on the Web so they would know I was serious!!! Called on Monday approximately 10:00am, asked to speak with Manager, who never returned my call. MY BOYFRIEND called shortly thereafter, and guess what!!, we had an appointment with a salesperson for 11:00 on Tuesday which they moved to 12:00pm. We arrived at 11:55; they eventually located our sales person who advised someone else was on a test drive of the vehicle, He had notified them that we had an appointment scheduled for noon and were driving from Miami. Guess what, we test drove the vehicle; When we returned from the test drive, we were told the vehicle had been sold to the person that drove the vehicle before our appointment and was in a cubicle next to where we were siting. Crown's Policy is 1st come gets the car regardless of a scheduled appointment and a 10 hour drive and $80.00 gas bill. YOU BE THE JUDGE!!! HONEST? Above and beyond what I expected My 1 1/2 year old 2013 Veloster had it's first issue. The speaker on the driver side door was making a rattling sound, I called and made an appt for 9 My 1 1/2 year old 2013 Veloster had it's first issue. The speaker on the driver side door was making a rattling sound, I called and made an appt for 9:40am on Saturday. I got their early and was expecting to wait, I figured I would look around until my service time. Instead, Tomm Burkart my Service Adviser reviewed my issue and my car was off to be fixed. Tomm told me it might take a while since getting to the speaker is quite a job. About 2 1/2 hrs later, Tomm found me gave me my keys and said speaker was fixed (Cone had detached from speaker and needed to be glued back on) Tomm apologized several times for the long wait time (No long in my opinion) . After I got home and read the details of the repair I noticed that it said that all the speakers were repaired. I called Tomm and he said that they applied a glue fix to all the speakers front and back to be sure that the other speakers would not have the same problem in the future. They could have just fixed the one, but they went the extra mile to insure that all the speakers would not have the same issue. Have to say that Crown is a class act. Highly recommend More
Absolutely Terrible Customer Service I called to trade in my Corvette for a Genesis Coupe that I saw online and David Burgess told me to come look at the car on Sunday at 5:45. So he set me an appointment and told me it was fine. I was driving from Land O' Lakes to St. Pete (a 55 minute drive) just to see the Genesis. On Sunday, I left Land O' Lakes and as I was reaching St. Pete I noticed I was going to be 10 minutes late. I gave David a call and he told him I was going to be 10 minutes late and he tells me he's not going to be working because he got late tickets to a Bucs game. He told me to go see Mike Pena. I get to the dealer at 5:55 and go to walk in the door and I notice the door is closed. I see 2 associates (one of who was a manager) and told him I was there from Land O' Lakes just to see the Genesis. He told me they were closed and that he couldn't do anything for me. I then give David a call and tell him that I was standing at his dealer and it was closed and that I had driven a while and wasted almost half a tank of gas just to see the Genesis. In the middle of one of my sentences he just hung up with me and left me hanging never to give me a call back and apologize. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
